I was excited to receive the Tudor Black Bay I'd ordered from Shreve & Co, having heard praises for their in-store service and friendly, knowledgeable staff like Brandon. However, my excitement turned to utter disappointment when the package arrived. Instead of my specific Black Bay variant, I received a completely different model with a noticeable scratch on the bezel. This glaring mistake and damaged product left me incredibly frustrated and undervalued, compelling me to contact customer service and share my experience here.
Customer: Hello, I'm calling about online order #[OrderNumber]. I received it today, and I'm really upset. CS Rep: I'm very sorry to hear that. What happened with your order?
